Sold By You is bringing buyers the ability to search through the MLS directly at your own free will to find the home of your dreams. You can set your own search criteria, save homes, and even contact the homeowner directly if they are a SBY seller, or the listing agent directly if they are represented elsewhere. Ultimately you will be able to schedule showings, present an offer directly through our application, negotiate with the owners, and when you receive contract acceptance on your new home, our App will guide you like a GPS through the escrow transaction to get to the ultimate goal, the closing table and the keys to your new home!

We are a limited representation broker that is providing the tools for buyer and seller to come together to accomplish their real estate dreams. There is no cost for buyers, nor do we charge a fee to sellers for your guidance through the real estate transaction. Once you have found your home, information will be provided for the escrow process complete with Earnest Money details, Inspection Process, Appraisal, and ultimately the signing and recording for your new home! You can browse the live market and review all of our resources without creating an account, however when you do begin to save homes, a log in will need to be created and when you are ready to contact a seller, a quick verification process will be required for the safety and security of all parties involved. This will include a front and back picture of your drivers license or Identification, and your prequalification letter and/or proof of funds that will be reviewed by the seller. It is always so important to complete a prequalification letter in the very beginning of your search to confirm not only the price range that you qualify for but a breakdown of what your payment would be to make sure you are comfortable in your day to day goals.
